Our Italian adventure will include taking a Tuscan cooking class at a sustainable farm, and upon our return, I will share the flavors we celebrated there with a "Tuscan Fall" Cooking Class at CUMC!
And we cannot forget to mention how blessed we feel to once again be catering the 3rd annual Harvest Moon Festival to benefit the Piedmont Farmers Market on Friday, October 25th from 6:00-9:00pm at the Old Creamery (for ticket information/purchasing, click here).
Our Fall Cooking Class line up will continue with a hands-on "Ravioli Making Class" featuring Sweet Potato Ravioli with Brown Butter Sage Sauce, Pumpkin Bisque and a Pomegranate-Spinach Salad.
